The Cast of ‘The Nanny': Where Are They Now?

Fran's been keeping busy since playing the "flashy girl from Flushing" with the nasally voice. From 2011 to 2013, she produced and starred in the TV Land show Happily Divorced. And last year, she starred in Broadway's Cinderella as the evil stepmother, opposite Carly Rae Jepsen. She's since joined the touring company of the musical, and last month the show made its L.A. debut. Some of her Nanny cast mates even showed up to support her.

Charles Shaughnessy (Maxwell Sheffield)

What is MISTAH SHEFFIELD up to now? A myriad of TV appearances, that’s what! He had a multi-episode arc on Mad Men during the show’s third season. (He was the “Powell” of British ad agency Putnam, Powell and Lowe.) He’s also made guest appearances on Happily Divorced, Castle and Revenge.

Daniel Davis (Niles)

No one could deliver an insult quite like Niles! And our mind is still blown that Daniel Davis isn’t actually British. His work since The Nanny has been intermittent. He appeared briefly in 2006’s The Prestige, and guest-starred on an episode Ugly Betty. He’s also done some stage work.

Lauren Lane (C.C. Babcock)

Lauren, who played C.C. Babcock, has stuck mostly to theater work since ending her stint on The Nanny. She appeared on stage in productions of August: Osage County, God of Carnage and Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike

Nicholle Tom (Maggie Sheffield)

As the eldest daughter of the Sheffield clan, Maggie, Nicholle went from awkward teen to self-assured adult on the show. Since the show ended, she’s guest-starred on a slew of other TV shows, including Criminals Minds, Castle, Masters of Sex and – most recently – Gotham.
